Branzell Solution

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Branzell Solution handles personal data when you contact the business or use this website.

Information we process

When you submit an enquiry, Branzell Solution processes the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address and message. We may also process ordinary business contact details received through email, telephone, LinkedIn or an existing professional relationship.

Purpose and legal basis

Personal data is used to respond to enquiries, discuss potential assignments, maintain professional relationships and administer agreed services. The legal basis is Branzell Solution’s legitimate interest in managing B2B enquiries and business relationships, or taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement. Where required, processing may also be necessary to fulfil a contract or legal obligation.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are normally deleted within 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Information connected to an assignment is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards where required for accounting, legal claims or other statutory obligations.

Service providers and transfers

Branzell Solution may use carefully selected providers for website hosting, email and other essential business services. They may process personal data only on Branzell Solution’s instructions and under appropriate contractual safeguards. If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, recognised safeguards such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses are used where required.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY). To exercise your rights, contact Branzell Solution using the email address above.

Security

Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use non-essential cookies, advertising cookies or analytics tracking. A consent banner is therefore not displayed. This policy will be updated if that changes.
